About RateCasino
We're an independent platform where real players share their honest casino experiences, file complaints, and get fair mediation when something goes wrong.
Why we exist
Most casino "review" sites are owned by affiliates whose ratings track the highest payout, not the best player experience. Players know this — but had nowhere to put a clean signal next to all the noise. RateCasino is built on a simple idea: let the players score the casinos, then make it easy to resolve the disputes that follow.
How we're different
Player-driven scoring
Every star rating comes from a real player review. We don't grade casinos editorially.
Complaints, not just reviews
When something breaks down, players can file a structured complaint and get the casino on the record.
Fair mediation
We give operators a right of reply on every complaint and review, and surface the resolution publicly.
Independent
RateCasino is not owned, operated by, or partnered exclusively with any casino. See our For casinos page for the full operator policy.
Where the ratings come from
Every casino page on RateCasino aggregates two things: verified player reviews (with star ratings 1–5 and a written explanation) and complaint outcomes (open, in mediation, resolved, or rejected). We do not run our own scoring model on top — the average star rating you see is the average of the player community's reviews.
Reviews and complaints are moderated for spam, abusive language, and obvious bad-faith submissions, but we do not edit the substance of player feedback. Casino operators can respond publicly but cannot edit or remove player content.
Who runs RateCasino
RateCasino.com is operated as an independent project. Day-to-day moderation, complaint mediation, and platform engineering are handled by a small team that does not hold any commercial stake in the casinos listed. We disclose any commercial relationships affecting a listing on the casino's own page when they exist.

Responsible gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, not income. If you or someone close to you struggles with gambling, please contact a help service in your region — BeGambleAware (UK), NCPG (US), or Gambling Therapy (international). We do not promote gambling to people under the legal age in their jurisdiction.
