What operators can and can't do
You can

Mediation policy
When a player files a complaint, we notify your casino and open a private thread. You have 14 days to engage before the complaint is publicly flagged as "unanswered". If the dispute cannot be resolved between the player and the casino, either side can request RateCasino mediation — we'll review the evidence (transaction logs, KYC requests, T&C clauses, chat transcripts) and post a public, reasoned outcome.
Mediation outcomes are documented but non-binding — RateCasino is not a regulator or licensing authority. Where a casino refuses to engage or breaches its own T&Cs, we surface that on the casino's public profile.
Pricing
Claiming and operating your profile on RateCasino is free. We do not charge listing fees, response fees, or "premium" placements. Listings are not influenced by any commercial relationship.
If we ever introduce paid services (e.g. enhanced analytics, API access, branded operator pages), they will not affect rating, ranking, or moderation outcomes — and that policy is part of our editorial commitment.
