Bet365 - reliable but boring UX

Been with Bet365 for years. Withdrawals are slow (3-5 days for bank transfer) but always arrive. Casino section feels like an afterthought next to the sportsbook. Live chat is good. The interface is dated.

Thanks for the candid feedback. We're actively redesigning the casino interface in 2026 — the new mobile build rolls out next quarter. Withdrawal SLAs were tightened in March and bank transfers should now be 1-2 business days for verified accounts.
